Stephanie Loucas is Chief Development Officer for Renewable Properties based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco, California. As Chief Development Officer, Stephanie’s responsibilities include the development and execution of solar projects throughout the United States. She collaborates with a variety of stakeholders from landowners, investors, governmental agencies, community members, utilities and contractors to bring projects to completion.

Stephanie has been in the solar energy industry for over five years and successfully developed and constructed over 450 MWs of projects. Prior to joining the team in 2019, Stephanie worked as a Development Manager for Lightsource BP where she developed utility-scale solar projects in the west and southeast regions. Before joining Lightsource BP, she worked as a Development Manager at RES Americas where she was the primary solar developer for utility-scale projects across the western region. Additionally, she worked on three large wind projects in the west. Prior to joining RES, Stephanie was with Scatec Solar where she was part of the development team that built the first utility-scale solar project (104MW) in Utah. Stephanie’s prior experience includes senior roles in the tech industry where she focused on real estate, construction and mergers and acquisitions.

Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree from Quinnipiac University.
