Spencer Brookover is a Site Acquisition Manager for Renewable Properties. In this role, Spencer’s responsibilities include managing greenfield land campaigns by securing optimal sites for solar development, identifying and negotiating real estate transactions with property owners across the United States. Spencer joined Renewable Properties in 2024. Before joining the team, Spencer worked as a Land Development Manager with Origis Energy, where he focused on land development and permitting of distributed solar and storage projects. He also has three years of experience working with NextEra Energy, developing utility-scale solar and wind projects. Spencer brings 5 years of land development experience with utility-scale and distributed renewable energy projects. Spencer earned his bachelor’s degree in Geology from Oklahoma State University.
