Sean Ryan is a Site Acquisition Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Site Acquisition Manager, Sean’s responsibilities include managing greenfield land campaigns and securing optimal sites for solar development by identifying, structuring, negotiating and executing real estate transactions with a wide range of property owners and third parties for the development of community‐scale solar and energy storage assets across the United States. Sean joined Renewable Properties in 2023. Prior to joining the team Sean worked as a Network Engineer of Real Estate and Regulatory for Verizon where he focused on the development and modification of wireless systems throughout the Midwest. Sean brings to the team over 25 years of Land Development expertise where he has been involved in thousands of wireless development projects. Sean earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Resource Management from the Pennsylvania State University.
