Sean McArdle is a Permitting Manager for Renewable Properties based in Denver, Colorado. As a Permitting Manager, Sean’s responsibilities include obtaining local, state, and federal permits necessary to develop and construct community-scale solar and energy storage projects. He has been in the solar energy industry for over 6 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2026. Prior to joining the team, Sean worked as a Development Manager for Invenergy LLC and Urban Grid where he developed 2 GW of utility-scale solar, wind, and energy storage projects across PJM, MISO, SERC, and SPP. Sean earned his Masters of the Environment degree with a focus on renewable energy from the University of Colorado Boulder and his Bachelor of Science in Integrated Science and Technology from James Madison University.
