Scott Shiokari is a Senior Project Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Senior Project Manager, Scott’s responsibilities include working with various project partners: utilities, landowners, investors, developers, and community stakeholders; specifically, managing the negotiation, execution, and management of EPC contracts. Scott has been in the solar energy industry since 2013 and joined Renewable Properties in 2021. Prior to joining the team Scott worked as a Project Manager for Borrego Solar where he worked with engineers, clients, subcontractors and utilities to deliver turnkey commercial solar projects in the public and private sectors. Prior to Borrego Solar Scott worked for Southern California Edison where he managed interconnection contracts for wholesale and Rule 21 projects. Scott holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and earned his Master’s and Bachelor’s Degrees in Civil Engineering from the University of Southern California.
