Sarah DiMaria is a Project Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Project Manager, Sarah’s responsibilities include working with various project partners including utilities, landowners, investors, developers, and community stakeholders; with specific ownership around negotiating and managing EPC contracts. Sarah has been in the solar energy industry since 2018 and joined Renewable Properties in 2022. Prior to joining the team, Sarah worked as a Project Manager for Borrego Energy where she was responsible for managing distributed generation solar projects from contract execution through construction to final completion. She collaborated with clients, engineers, subcontractors, utilities, and AHJs while managing the schedule, budget, design, procurement, quality, and safety to ensure successful project delivery. Prior to Borrego, Sarah worked for Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy where she completed the 12-month Wind Engineer in Training rotational development program and was a wind SCADA Project Engineer. Sarah’s certifications include OSHA 30 Hour, Construction Manager-in-Training Level 2 Certification by Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and she earned her Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.
