Richard Gamburg is an Asset Manager for Renewable Properties. As an Asset Manager, Richard’s primary responsibilities include operational, technical and financial oversight of the Company’s California, North Carolina, and South Carolina energy projects. Richard has been in the Solar Energy field for nearly a decade and joined Renewable Properties in 2023. Prior to joining the team Richard has worked as a Field Service Technician, Technical Portfolio Manager and Manager of Special Projects for Bay4 Energy Services where he worked with both the site owners and on-site personnel to maintain assets and provide solutions to complex problems. Richard brings extensive onsite technical solar experience to ensure the best operational returns for our assets.
