Mukundh Bala is a Senior Finance Associate for Renewable Properties based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco. As a Senior Finance Associate, Mukundh’s responsibilities include providing strategic and analytical support throughout the project financing lifecycle, which includes supporting project finance efforts and the execution of all facets of the finance process. Mukundh has been in the financial services industry for 5 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2022. Prior to joining the team Mukundh worked as an Associate for BNP Paribas where he worked with institutional clients to provide a range of solutions across securitized credit products including CLOs, ABS, CSOs, and private credit/financing. Mukundh is a licensed FINRA Series 7, 63, and 57 holder and earned his BSc in Finance and IT from the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia.
