Marc Morandi is a Permitting Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Permitting Manager, Marc’s responsibilities include managing permitting processes for community-scale solar projects, coordinating with state, federal, and local permitting authorities, and supporting project development from site reconnaissance through construction. He has been in the environmental permitting and solar energy industry for 13 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2024. Prior to joining the team, Marc worked as a Senior Permitting Specialist for National Grid Renewables where he developed utility-scale solar projects primarily in the Midwest. Prior to his time at National Grid Renewables, Marc focused on environmental permitting at Alliant Energy and The Cadmus Group. Marc earned his Master’s in Environmental Science and his Bachelor’s in Biology from the University of Toledo.
