Matt Gasparovich is the Director of Asset Management for Renewable Properties. Matt’s responsibilities include overseeing the financial and operational performance of Renewable Properties’ portfolio of projects, driving improvements to maximize value and ensuring optimal asset performance. He has been in the renewable energy industry since 2011 and joined Renewable Properties in August 2024. Prior to joining the team, Matt held similar roles at Invenergy and Pine Gate Renewables managing portfolios of utility scale and distributed generation renewable assets comprised of solar, storage and wind projects. Matt was the Senior Director, Asset Management for Pine Gate Renewables where he managed the commercial performance of the company’s operating fleet of solar and storage projects. Prior to his time at Pine Gate, Matt was the Vice President, Asset Management at Invenergy. In this role Matt held overall P&L responsibility for Invenergy’s operating fleet of renewables projects. Matt earned his Master’s in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Lawrence Technological University.
