Kevin Jenkins is a Site Acquisition Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Site Acquisition Manager, Kevin’s responsibilities include managing greenfield land campaigns and securing optimal sites for solar development. He does this by identifying, structuring, negotiating, and executing real estate transactions with a wide range of property owners and third parties for the development of community-scale solar and energy storage assets across the United States. Kevin joined Renewable Properties in 2024. Before joining the team, Kevin worked as a Site Development Project Manager for Sprint /T-Mobile where he focused on the development and modification of wireless communication towers and antenna sites throughout the Northeast. Kevin brings to the team 30 years of Land Development/Management experience where he has been involved in thousands of wireless development projects. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in Regional Planning from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
