Jim Auld is Director of Site Acquisition for Renewable Properties. As Director of Site Acquisition, Jim’s responsibilities include leading a team of highly skilled land acquisition professionals, with the goal of selecting and securing cost-effective greenfield sites for the development of community solar, battery storage and EV charging projects throughout the United States. Jim joined Renewable Properties in 2022. Prior to joining the team Jim worked as a Principal Engineer of Real Estate and Regulatory for Verizon where he focused on the development and modification of wireless systems throughout the Midwest. Jim brings to the team 25 years of Land Development/Management experience where he has been involved in thousands of wireless development projects. Jim earned his Batchelor’s of Science Degree in Industrial and Management Systems Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
