Jeff Palmer

Director of EV Business Development

Jeff Palmer is a Director of EV Business Development for Renewable Properties. As Director of EV Business Development, Jeff is responsible for the commercial aspects of the EV fleet charging hub business. These key priorities include working directly with public and private fleet managers, local and regional zero emission stakeholders and the broad ecosystem of electrical infrastructure and EV technology partners. He has been in the EV fleet charging industry for 6 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2024. Prior to joining the team, Jeff worked as a Major Accounts Manager for InCharge Energy where he worked with national fleets operating heavy duty EVs domiciled at distribution centers. Prior to that, as founding team member, Jeff worked as Director of Transit for AMPLY Power (later bp pulse) where he worked with several earlier adopter transit bus agencies to convert parking lots and garages to robust charging systems as well as provide charge management software (CMS), technology partner triage and troubleshooting and resolution action protocols. Jeff earned his bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University in Business and Marketing
