Ilan Gmach is a Project Finance Associate for Renewable Properties. As a Project Finance Associate, Ilan’s responsibilities include supporting project financing and capital raising efforts, as well as evaluating project M&A opportunities. Aside from working with internal teams, he frequently interfaces with capital providers, third-party service providers, and other strategic partners. He has been in the solar energy industry for three years and joined Renewable Properties in 2023. Prior to joining the team, Ilan worked as an Asset Manager and Performance Analyst for Soltage, where he managed the performance of the company’s fleet of operational solar projects. Ilan Gmach is a certified North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners (NABCEP) PV Associate and he earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tulane University.
