Ian Chisholm is a Project Finance Manager for Renewable Properties based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco. As a Project Finance Manager, Ian’s responsibilities include supporting project financing and capital management from development through asset management, as well as evaluating project M&A opportunities. He interfaces with third party service providers, capital providers, and other strategic partners.

Ian is new to the solar energy industry and joined Renewable Properties in 2020. Prior to joining the team Ian worked on the Acquisitions Finance group within Community Preservation Partners, an affordable housing developer. There Ian was responsible for evaluating low-income multifamily housing for tax credit equity funded purchase and rehabilitation initiatives. Before that, Ian worked as an Associate with Berkeley Research Group where he participated in corporate valuation cases and complex insurance claims.

Ian earned his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
