Gonzalo Manriquez is a Project Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Project Manager Gonzalo’s responsibilities include working with various project partners including utilities, landowners, investors, developers, and community stakeholders; with specific ownership around negotiating and managing EPC contracts. Gonzalo has been in the solar energy industry for over 9 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2022. Prior to joining the team Gonzalo worked as a Project Manager for Borrego Solar where he worked on various multiple site portfolios with responsibility for managing the design, schedule, budget, safety, and quality to deliver successful small utility solar projects for private and public customers. Prior to Borrego Gonzalo worked for Harper Construction where he managed the same facets of design and construction on solar projects for the Department of Defense. Gonzalo certifications include OSHA 30 Hour, Certification by Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) and he earned his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the California State University of Fresno.
