Erin Takata is a Project Developer for Renewable Properties based out of the company's corporate headquarters in San Francisco, California. As a Project Developer, Erin's responsibilities include analytical support and planning for the development of solar projects throughout the United States. She works with a team of developers on project-specific diligence tasks and research initiatives. Erin has been in the renewable industry for four years and joined Renewable Properties in 2019. Prior to joining the team, Erin worked as a Technical Sales Associate for CivicSolar where she worked with engineering partners to obtain electrical permits for residential and commercial solar projects throughout the United States. Additionally, she prepared solar equipment proposals and provided technical guidance to customers while maintaining a large portfolio of accounts. Prior to joining CivicSolar, she worked at an eco-travel company to help develop a trip-planning website with carbon offset features. Erin earned her bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara and her master's degree in Environmental Management from the University of San Francisco.
