Danielle Catania is a Real Estate Transaction Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Real Estate Transaction Manager, Danielle’s responsibilities include reviewing title reports and surveys, and working with title companies to clear our real estate transactions for closing. Danielle has worked in the real estate field for ten years and joined Renewable Properties in 2021. Prior to joining the team, Danielle worked as a Senior Real Estate Paralegal for various law firms in New York. Danielle is a licensed Notary Public in State of New Jersey and earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and Politics from Lake Forest College.
