Daniela Del Carpio is a Project Finance Associate for Renewable Properties based in Miami, Florida. As a Project Finance Associate, Daniela’s responsibilities include building and maintaining financial models, performing transaction diligence, and supporting negotiations with investors and lenders. She has been in the clean energy and finance industry for over 3 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2025. Prior to joining the team, Daniela worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Piper Sandler in the Energy, Power & Infrastructure group, where she supported transactions in renewable energy and energy services. Before that, she worked during her summer internship at PowerFlex, a subsidiary of EDF Renewables, supporting the Market Commercialization team. Daniela holds the FINRA SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad de Lima and her Master of Science in Sustainability Management from Columbia University.
