Cliff Allen is the Director of People for Renewable Properties based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco. As the Director of People, Cliff’s responsibilities include planning and executing RP’s People strategies, partnering with leaders on Talent Acquisition, creating/updating company policies, and serving as a strategic HR business partner to the leadership team. He has been in the renewable energy field for 2+ years, has almost 10 years of Human Resources experience, and joined Renewable Properties in 2025. Prior to joining the team Cliff worked as a Sr People Partner for Form Energy where he served as the primary HR partner for engineering and supply chain teams and provided HR operational support for the worksite in Berkeley, CA. Prior to Form Energy, Cliff held HR business partner and recruiting roles with Corewell Health South and IBM. Cliff earned his Master’s Degree in Social Sciences from the University of Chicago.
