Christopher Bell is a Portfolio Administrator for Renewable Properties. As a Portfolio Administrator, Chris’ responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to create and maintain project budgets and schedules, facilitating construction loan draws, and other functions that support the success of financing strategies for Renewable Properties. He joined Renewable Properties in 2023 and is based out of Salt Lake City, Utah. Prior to joining the team, Chris worked as a Private Equity Investment Analyst for Assure Financial Services where he worked with Private Equity firms and Family Offices helping manage, run, and invest in Special Purpose Vehicle opportunities. Chris earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Mathematics from the University of Utah.
