Carter Carlton is a Senior Asset Manager for Renewable Properties, based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco, CA. Carter manages the company’s operating portfolio, assists in bringing new projects into commercial operation, and works directly with facility personnel to ensure best-in-class performance for the company’s fleet. Carter has been in the energy industry for over 10 years and joined Renewable Properties in 2021. Prior to joining the team, Carter worked as a Senior Asset Manager for Competitive Power Ventures, where he managed over 2,100 MWs of operating facilities across the US and brought over $900M in fast-start energy to the state of California. Carter earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Texas.
