Carson Brown is the Director of Real Estate for Renewable Properties. As a Director of Real Estate, Carson’s responsibilities include leading title curative efforts and working with title companies and real estate counsel to facilitate successful real estate closings. Carson has been in the solar energy industry for four years and joined Renewable Properties in 2025. Prior to joining the team, Carson worked as a Senior Real Estate Manager for PureSky Energy where he led all real estate development and title activities across PureSky’s US portfolio. Before joining PureSky Energy, he spent eight years as a landman with various energy producers where he led mineral leasing campaigns, negotiated surface use agreements and worked closely with property owners and government agencies, including the Bureau of Land Management and Bureau of Indian Affairs, to develop minerals and other energy sources. Carson is a licensed Notary Public in the State of Colorado. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Land and Energy Management from Colorado Mesa University and a Master of Science in Global Energy Management from the University of Colorado-Denver.
