Brian von Moos is the Chief Operating Officer for Renewable Properties based out of the company’s corporate headquarters in San Francisco. As a the COO, Brian is responsible for Renewable Properties’ strategy, origination and development of greenfield solar projects. Brian has been in the solar energy industry for over 15 years and has originated over 900 MWs of renewable energy projects. Prior to joining the team in 2019, he worked as VP of Origination for Coronal Energy where he managed sales and the origination of power purchase agreements for large solar and battery storage projects. Prior to Coronal, Brian worked at Borrego Solar for 12 years holding several leadership positions including VP of Utility Project Development where he oversaw the development and origination of small utility solar projects throughout the U.S. Brian obtained his NABCEP certification in 2006 and holds a BA in Psychology with Highest Honors from the University of California at Santa Cruz.
