Anthony Bell is a Senior Permitting Manager for Renewable Properties. As a Senior Permitting Manager, Anthony’s responsibilities include obtaining the local, state, and federal permits necessary to develop and construct community-scale solar projects, assist with early site reconnaissance and prospecting to limit environmental and regulatory risks, and help with environmental due diligence reviews for acquisitions. Anthony has been working in environmental permitting and compliance for 10 years, six of which have been in the solar energy industry and joined Renewable Properties in May 2022. Prior to joining the team, Anthony worked as a Project Manager for TRC Companies where he managed a portfolio of projects for the NYSERDA Build Ready Program in addition to renewable projects for other traditional developer clients. Prior to working for TRC, Anthony was a Permitting Project Manager for AES (formerly sPower) developing projects across the country, but predominantly in New York and Virginia. Anthony earned his Master’s in Environmental Management from the Yale School of the Environment and his Bachelor’s in environmental biology from the University of Utah.
