Andrew Martin is an Asset Manager for Renewable Properties. As an Asset Manager Andrew is responsible for ensuring optimal performance for the company’s growing solar portfolio through oversight of maintenance and repairs, budget forecasting, and reporting to external financing partners. He has been in the solar energy industry for four years and joined Renewable Properties in 2022. Prior to joining the team Andrew worked as a Solar Asset Manager for National Housing Trust, where he worked with affordable housing owners to develop and manage community solar projects across the mid-Atlantic. His managed portfolio included over 100 solar PV and solar thermal systems atop affordable multifamily buildings and community centers, including the largest residential solar facility in Washington, DC. Andrew is a certified LEED Green Associate and earned his bachelor’s degree and MPA in Environmental Management from Indiana University.
