Last week, RP gathered from across the U.S. for our annual Q1 offsite at the stunning Lodge at Bodega Bay. With nearly 60 of us in one place, we tackled productive work sessions, bonded through energizing team activities, hikes, and soaked in the beauty of Bodega Bay. We kicked things off with visits to our Silveira Ranch solar project and the Redemeyer solar & BESS project under construction - it's always great to get on site with the team! The highlight? A next-level dinner at Seared in Petaluma, complete with mind-blowing magic from the world renowned Larry Wilson. But, the real magic was reconnecting, collaborating, and fueling our mission to hashtag#DriveEnergyForward.
